This article reports 3 cases of femoral shaft fracture caused by long jump training. Through clinical observation, normal femur CT value examination, as well as the fresh corpse femoral shaft damage experiment, the theory that the fracture occurs when the long jump, the body out of balance, at the moment of landing, a foot first fixed in the bunker, trunk Violently reversed, resulting in shear stress and rotational violence combined with the middle of the femur, while the rear thigh muscle reflex relaxation, loss of protection of the femoral shaft. In recent years, we encountered long-distance sports caused by 1/3 of the transverse or oblique transverse transverse femoral fractures in 3 cases, from the cause, the fracture site to fracture shape are very similar, we believe that is a special type of fracture, in order to explore Its pathogenesis, in addition to clinical observation, but also in the normal femur CT examination, and the new solution of the femur CT examination and mechanical damage test.
