现阶段受社会主义市场经济体制的影响,国库集中支付制度是事业单位财务管理部门的主要制度。事业单位通过践行国库集中支付制度,在其财务管理方面取得了一定的效果,并且在事业单位中形成了更加完善的财政管理制度。然而受我国经济发展的影响,事业单位也不断进行改革,在践行国库集中支付制度的过程中问题也逐渐凸显。文章围绕国库集中支付制度,对事业单位财务管理中面临的挑战提出了相应的对策,以此提高事业单位财务管理水平,推动事业单位的发展。
At this stage under the influence of the socialist market economic system, the treasury centralized payment system is the main institution of the financial management department of public institutions. Through the implementation of treasury centralized payment system, institutions have made some achievements in their financial management, and formed a more complete financial management system in public institutions. However, under the influence of the economic development in our country, the public institutions have also carried out continuous reforms. The problems in implementing the treasury centralized payment system have also gradually become prominent. Focusing on the central treasury centralized payment system, the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the challenges faced by the financial management of public institutions, so as to improve the financial management level of public institutions and promote the development of public institutions.
