《行动纲领》吹响了上海第二轮课改的号角,是一个面向世界、面向未来、面向现代化,实施素质教育的纲领性文件。它的“以学生发展为本作为进入21世纪数学教育改革的行动口号”,给我们从事数学教学工作的一线老师提出了明确的目标、任务、行动策略和实施建议,使我们感到自己的工作任重而道远、光荣而艰巨。我们全体数学教育工作者应不懈地努力工作,结合自己的教学实践,不断学习、理解、贯彻、执行《行动纲领》。
The “Program of Action” sounded the clarion call for Shanghai’s second round of curriculum reform. It is a programmatic document that is oriented toward the world, faces the future, faces modernization, and implements quality education.
