妊妇尿中孕二醇含量的测定对检查妇女排卵、黄体功能及测定胎盘功能,从而预测胎儿在宫内的健康情况,都具有重要意义。为了寻求此过去采用的 Klopper 比色法更为简便、迅速的孕二醇测定方法。本文报道了对孕二醇的气相色谱测定法的初步研究。
