社会规范是与人类实践活动相伴始终的,依据人类实践活动水平不断提高和社会文明程度不断增强的态势。社会规范的形成路径,依次呈现出四种方式:一是宗教神学作为社会规范的形而上方式,二是社会大众生活自然生成的习俗方式,三是知识精英文化创设和提炼的道德规范方式,四是管理机构终极设定和维护的法律、制度规范方式。这四种方式之间既有层次、水平、文明程度的纵向上升过程,也有彼此间横向的相互吸纳和相互融合过程。
Social norms are consistent with the practice of human activities, based on the continuous improvement of human activities and the increasing level of social civilization situation. The formation path of social norms presents four ways in turn: one is the metaphysical way of religious theology as social norms, the other is the way of customs that the public life generates naturally, the third is the moral norms of creation and refinement of the intellectual elite culture. Fourth, Management agencies set and maintain the ultimate law and regulation of the system. There is a process of vertical ascending, civilized and civilized level between these four modes, and they also absorb and integrate each other horizontally.
