“双师结构”教学团队是高职院校打造核心竞争力的关键所在,也是提高人才培养质量的根本所在。无锡科技职业学院紧紧围绕培养适应高新区创新型经济需要的高端技能型人才这一办学目标,致力于整合学院和园区、企业的优质人力资源,融合于人才培养全过程,逐步走出了一条以“双元选拨、双向培养、双轨运行、双重考核”的为核心的“双师结构”教学团队“双闭合链”建设模式,促进了学院办学水平和人才培养质量的全面提升。
