目的通过分析缺血性脑血管病与颅内外血管狭窄的相关性,指导脑血管病的治疗和预防。方法通过颈部血管超声及经颅多普勒超声检测颅内外血管硬化程度,结合患者病史、头颅CT、MRI及生化综合分析。结果108例患者中颅内血管狭窄35例,占32.41%,颅外血管狭窄21例,占19.44%,血管狭窄使缺血性脑血管病发病次数增高。低密度脂蛋白(LDL)增高是颅外段血管狭窄的独立危险因素。结论颅内外血管狭窄是导致缺血性脑血管病的重要原因,血管超声应作为常规检查手段之一。
Objective Through the analysis of the relationship between ischemic cerebrovascular disease and extracranial vascular stenosis, to guide the treatment and prevention of cerebrovascular disease. Methods The degree of intracranial and extracranial vascular sclerosis was detected by neck vascular ultrasound and transcranial Doppler ultrasound. Combined with the patient’s history, CT, MRI and biochemistry comprehensive analysis. Results Among the 108 patients, 35 cases were intracranial vascular stenosis (32.41%), 21 cases were extracranial vascular stenosis (19.44%). The number of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases increased due to vascular stenosis. Increased low density lipoprotein (LDL) is an independent risk factor for extracranial vascular stenosis. Conclusion Intracranial vascular stenosis is an important cause of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Vascular ultrasound should be used as one of the routine examination methods.
