肾衰灌肠液是我国著名肾病专家张大宁教授研制、临床行之有效的治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）的肾衰系列方之一。为了最大限度地发挥其疗效，我们历经5年，对300例CRF病人进行临床观察。采用多因素交叉横向对照比较的方法，进行了保留灌肠操作方法的临床研究。结果发现肠液的温度在37～39℃、插管深度15～2Zcm、病人取右侧卧位时，灌肠药物达最高疗效，并且病人痛苦最小。从而总结出一整套药物保留灌肠最佳操作方法。为改进常规灌肠护理技术，提高护理医疗质量提供了科学依据。
