本文用一种体外实验方法考察超声波对布洛芬在丙二醇/水赋形剂中透皮的影响。采用的设备是将超声波换能器安装在扁平的铜圈上,铜圈压在一个O-形环和皮肤上,使超声波探头固定于皮肤表面,皮肤下面为一扩散池,其表面积为1.77cm~2,内装约pH 7.4的等渗磷酸钠缓冲液7 ml作为受体液,温度用外循环恒温水浴控制在32±1℃,用磁力搅拌,速度为600 rpm。将~(14)C-标记布洛芬和布洛芬溶于丙二醇/水(65/35 V/V)溶液中,浓度为5.76μCi/0.3 ml。每次将0.3ml溶液用于表皮角质层一面,在室温下操作,每隔一定时间取受体液100μl,并用等量磷酸
In this paper, an in vitro experimental method was used to investigate the effect of ultrasound on the transdermal delivery of ibuprofen in propylene glycol / water vehicles.
