赣州巧借国家政策的杠杆,发挥县域基层的积极性、主动性、创造性,让人才下得去用得好。赣州,一座走在发展快车道的革命老区城市。全市人口约954万人,辖18个县(市、区)、3个国家级经济开发区及1个国家级综合保税区,是我国地级市中体量较大的一个。在赣州基层,特别是偏远地区,既急需大量教育、卫生等专业人才,也急需大量高素质的干部人才。如何引导人才到基层一线去,成为赣州人才工作者经常思考的重大课题。
