纯红细胞性再生障碍性贫血(Pure red cell ap-lasia,以下简称纯红再障),是一组以单纯红细胞系统再生障碍为主要特点的贫血,在发病原理和临床表现方面与再生障碍性贫血均有所不同。Kaznelson(1922)把它从再生障碍性贫血中划分出来。本病与免疫和胸腺瘤的关系密切,临床病例报告渐增多,近年把它分为急性与慢性两型,国内曾见10例报告。现将我院自1966年以来收治的成人纯红细胞性再生障碍性贫血4例报告如下。(附表)
