为了克服传统输液泵对输注剂量和输注速度控制不精确的问题,研制了一套基于PWM控制的自控电子镇痛输注泵装置.它通过光电传感器进行位置信息检测,然后根据不同占空比的PWM信号对直流电机进行闭环控制,改进了传统输液泵装置设计,实现输注速度可控.其用于镇痛输注,不仅可以精确地控制输注剂量和输注速度,还能对输注过程中偶然出现的气泡、空液和阻塞等异常情况进行自动报警并进行相关处理.实验测试结果表明:该输注泵输注速度的误差可控制在±0.1mL/h内.
