本试验于1962年至1963年,应用 P~(32)测定茶树对肥料吸收和运转情况,以探讨冬季施肥效果。测定结果,在福州地区,茶树在1月上旬,还能从土壤中吸收养分输送到各器官中,所以在一月上旬以前施肥,茶树可以利用。从茶树各部分所含 P~(32)强度来看,在12月前,老叶中含量多于嫩芽,一月上旬则相反,嫩芽中含量多于老叶,证明茶树存在着营养物质从老叶流向新生器官的现象。
