工程故障因其较大的危害性而为人们所深恶痛绝。本文将工程故障分为原发性及继发性两类,从认识论的角度分析了原发性工程故障的必然性及继发性工程故障难防性的学理机制。本文认为,人类认识能力的后觉性及人类活动结果的后种系生成性,是工程故障发生的随机性及某种程度上不可预见性的认知根源。工程故障不但不可能完全避免,而且是工程活动的必要环节,是工程知识的唯一来源,有其积极意义。基于上述,本文结论部分提出了关于工程活动的一些建议。
Engineering failure because of its greater harm for people abhorrence. In this paper, engineering failures are divided into primary and secondary categories. From the perspective of epistemology, the necessity of primary engineering failures and the mechanism of secondary engineering failures are analyzed. This paper argues that the posterior consciousness of human cognition and the generative succession of human activities are the cognitive roots of the randomness and some unpredictability of engineering failures. Not only can the engineering failure be completely avoided, but it is also an essential part of engineering activities and the only source of engineering knowledge, which has its positive significance. Based on the above, some conclusions about engineering activities are put forward in the conclusion part of this paper.
