草菇是一种味道鲜美、营养丰富、具有较高食疗价值的食用菌,我省一般在4~10月(尤以5~9月最适)的自然条件下栽培,冬季因气候寒冷、干燥,栽培极少。我省地处珠江三角洲地区又毗邻港澳,草菇内销和出口量大,草菇反季节栽培,既可以一年四季均衡生产满足市场需要,又能充分利用市场价格来提前和推后生产,以增加菇农收入。本试验采用稻草作保温材料,在原有菇房内改建保温栽培室,进行反季节栽培,收到了较好效果,现报告如下:(一)栽培时间用三个草菇品种试种三批。第一批于1989年11月12日播种,播种20天后日平均气温16.7℃(最高27℃、最低6℃);第二批于1989年12月3日播种,种后20天日平均气温14.4℃(最高27℃、最低9℃);第三批于1990年1月6日播种,种后15天日平均气温25.35℃(最高31℃、最低19℃)。
