目的 :分析金属烤瓷修复体引起牙龈炎的原因并提出处理方法。方法 :对 10 5个烤瓷修复体 (观察组 )通过 3年牙龈观察分级 ,同时选择 15 8个自然牙作对照组进行比较。结果 :轻度牙龈炎 ,观察组 13个 ,对照组 4个 ;中度牙龈炎观察组 2个 ,对照组 1个。两组比较有显著性差异(P <0 0 1)。结论 :金属烤瓷修复体引起牙龈炎大于自然牙 ,在制作烤瓷修复体时应正确、规范 ,可防止牙龈炎的发生
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the causes of gingivitis caused by PFM and to propose a treatment method. Methods: A total of 105 porcelain prostheses (observation group) were graded by 3-year gingival observation and 15 8 natural teeth were selected as control group for comparison. Results: Mild gingivitis was observed in 13 patients in the observation group and 4 in the control group, 2 in the moderate gingivitis group and 1 in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Metallic porcelain restoration causes gingivitis to be greater than natural teeth. Correct and standardized porcelain restoration should be used to prevent the occurrence of gingivitis
