由于冷作模具钢引起的冲模失效,历来很多。特别是近年来,由于工件材料用途的多样化,使用不锈钢等各种强韧性材料和超精密有色金属材料,所以对模具提出了前所未有的条件。在工业生产中,使用冷作模具的历史已很久了,但模具用料种类有限。目前,不仅对于冲裁模、拉深模、对冷挤模、精冲模及弯曲机模具等等,都迫切要求作为批量生产模具而具有耐久性。这些模具按用途各有微妙特点。总之,要用新技术的综合力量来解决由来已久的问题和目前迫切要求解决的问题。本文介绍这方面的各国现状和研究概况。
Due to cold die steel die failure, has always been a lot.
