本文采用点滴法以家蝇为试虫,研究了S_2对四类二十一种常用杀虫剂的增效作用。实验结果显示:S_2对功夫菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯菊酯、氧化乐果、久效磷、灭多威有明显的增效作用,共毒系数(CTC)在150—200之间;S_2对溴氰菊酯、二溴磷、硫丹、巴沙具有显著增效作用CTC>200。这为S_2合理用于开发系列复配制剂奠定了基础。 将S_2加入不同药剂中,采用喷射剂室内药效测定方法(GB13917.1—92),结果显示S_2能使杀虫剂对蚊蝇的击倒速度增加,致死率提高。其中使巴沙、EBT、强力毕那命、氯菊酯、胺菊脂对淡色库蚊的击倒速度(KT50)增加一倍以上。这为S_2用于开发多种不同剂型提供了科学依据。
In this paper, the drop-by-use method to housefly as a test insects, S 2 on four kinds of twenty-one common pesticides synergistic effect. The experimental results showed that S_2 had obvious synergistic effects on the cyhalothrin, fenvalerate, permethrin, omethoate, monocrotophos and methomyl, and the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was between 150-200. S_2 has a synergistic effect on deltamethrin, dibromophosphate, endosulfan and Basa, with a CTC> 200. This laid the foundation for the rational use of S_2 in the development of a series of complex formulations. S_2 added to different agents, the use of propellants indoor pharmacodynamics (GB13917.1-92), the results show that S 2 insecticides on mosquitoes and flies to knockdown speed increased fatality rate. Among them, the attack speed (KT50) of Pasha, EBT, piroxicam, permethrin, and chrysanthemum on Culex pipiens pallens more than doubled. This provides a scientific basis for S_2 to develop a variety of different dosage forms.
