中核运行的IT服务管理体系结合核电厂安全生产和质量第一的管理理念,讲求各个环节的闭环管理和质量控制,在运维服务组织机构设计和资源投入上都重点保障质量控制和闭环反馈,具有鲜明的核电特色,该服务体系通过了国家ITSS符合性认证,中核运行成为核电行业首家通过该认证的单位。本文对中核运行IT服务管理体系建设实践进行了详细论述,具体括建设历程、体系特色、实施效果,同时对体系建设过程中的经验进行了总结。
The IT service management system operated by CNNC combines the management concepts of safety production and quality first in nuclear power plants and emphasizes the closed-loop management and quality control in all aspects. It focuses on quality control and closed-loop feedback on the design of operation and maintenance service organizations and resources, With distinctive nuclear power characteristics, the service system has passed the national ITSS compliance certification, and the operation of CNNC has become the first unit in the nuclear power industry to pass the certification. This paper discusses in detail the construction of IT service management system in nuclear operation practice, including construction process, system characteristics and implementation effect, and at the same time summarizes the experience in the process of system construction.
