目的建立一种高效液相色谱法分离佐米曲普坦对映体。方法采用Chiralcel OJ色谱柱,以正己烷-乙醇-二乙胺(85∶15∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长227nm,流速0.8mL·min-1,柱温35℃,并对一些影响分离的参数进行了研究。结果佐米曲普坦对映体得到基线分离,并对佐米曲普坦样品中的R异构体杂质进行了检查。结论该方法已成功地应用于佐米曲普坦的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic separation of enantiomers of zolmitriptan. Methods Chiralcel OJ column was used with n-hexane-ethanol-diethylamine (85:15:0.2) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 227 nm, the flow rate was 0.8 mL · min-1 and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The parameters were studied. Results The enantiomers of zolmitriptan were baseline-separated and impurities of R-isomer in zolmitriptan samples were examined. Conclusion The method has been successfully applied to the quality control of zolmitriptan.
