分析了一种由曲柄滑块结构构成的全电动注塑机射胶系统.设计试验,将该曲柄滑块射胶系统与滚珠丝杠射胶系统的成型性能进行了对比.结果表明：曲柄滑块射胶系统的注射和保压响应时间要优于滚珠丝杠射胶系统.但是由于曲柄滑块结构的特点,其响应过程具有强烈的非线性,亟待针对其结构特点优化相应的控制方法。
