在电力营销管理中实行精细化管理已经成为社会发展的必然趋势,不仅可以有效促进电力企业供电系统的有效高速运行,而且可以提高用电者的满意度。因此,研究精细化管理模式在电力营销管理中的实践具有十分重要的意义。本文通过阐述电力营销管理中的精细化管理的含义,分析了精细化管理模式在电力营销管理中存在的问题,进一步提出了在电力营销管理中实行精细化管理模式的策略。
The implementation of meticulous management in power marketing management has become an inevitable trend of social development. It can not only effectively promote the effective high-speed operation of the power supply system in power enterprises, but also increase the satisfaction of consumers. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the practice of meticulous management in power marketing management. In this paper, the author elaborates the meaning of fine management in power marketing management, analyzes the problems existing in the management of power marketing in the management of power marketing, and puts forward the strategy of implementing refined management in power marketing management.
