Smart entrepreneurs understand that in order to be invincible in the fierce international competition, besides relying on advanced machinery and equipment, innovation in production management is increasingly becoming an important means of improving competitiveness. In recent years, modern management theory has added new theories, namely, refined production management. The concept of “scooped production” first appeared in 1988, mainly used to sum up the Japanese auto industry, especially Toyota Motor Corporation’s successful experience in catching up with Europe and the United States in decades.
