为有效推动特种车辆全电化技术军民融合和创新驱动发展,促进研究成果的广泛交流和应用,中国工程院机械与运载学部、军委装备发展部装甲车辆与动力传动技术专业组、中国兵工学会、装甲兵工程学院、中国北方车辆研究所、株洲电力机车研究所、北京理工大学等单位联合主办,装甲兵工程学院全电化技术重点实验室、中国兵工学会坦克装甲车专委会、株洲电力机车研究所宁波分公司联合承办的“第四届特种车辆全电化技术发展论坛”计划于2016年10月在浙江省宁波市召开。
