为考察 HCPT治疗恶性腹水的临床疗效 ,将 HCPT2 0 mg用生理盐水稀释后行腹腔灌注。结果显示 ,羟基喜树碱抗癌广谱 ,毒副作用轻微 ,可运用于多种肿瘤的治疗
To investigate the clinical efficacy of HCPT in the treatment of malignant ascites, HCPT2 0 mg was diluted in saline and intraperitoneally administered. The results showed that hydroxycamptothecine has a broad spectrum of anti-cancer drugs and has mild side effects, which can be applied to the treatment of various tumors.
