为了有效的进行高光效育种,两年来,我们对小麦光合性状的遗传规律进行了初步探索,现报道如下。 一、材料和方法 供试材料为春小麦42个品种,冬小麦30个品种,农家品种12个和4个野生麦。光合性状的测定,从1977年春季到1978年春季,共重复三次。光合速率值为4—8株的平均值,光呼吸速率为8株的平均值。光合速率和光呼吸速率均为抽穗期旗叶的测定值。
In order to effectively carry out high light efficiency breeding, two years, we conducted a preliminary study of the genetic law of photosynthetic characteristics of wheat, are reported below. Materials and Methods The tested materials were 42 varieties of spring wheat, 30 varieties of winter wheat, 12 varieties of farmhouse and 4 wild wheat varieties. The photosynthetic properties were measured three times in total from spring 1977 to spring 1978. The photosynthetic rate is the average of 4-8 plants and the photorespiration rate is the average of 8 plants. Photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic rate are the measured value of flag leaf at heading stage.
