随着煤矿开采深度的增加,矿山压力逐渐增强,软岩巷道比例迅速增加,类似U型棚等可缩性支架被广泛的应用在该类巷道支护当中而成为主要的支护形式。基于ANSYS软件对不同结构的矿用U型棚进行分析,研究不同拱角和加底梁对U型棚位移、应力和应变的影响规律,从而得到了支护最优的U型棚设计方案。根据模拟优化结果,非封闭U型棚采用拱角30°的设计具有较好的强度和支护效果,封闭U型棚采用拱角15°的设计更有利于支护,这可为深部或软岩巷道U型棚支护提供一定的理论指导。
With the increase of mining depth, the pressure of mine gradually increases and the proportion of soft rock roadway increases rapidly. Retractable supports such as U-shaped shed are widely used in this type of roadway support and become the main form of support. Based on the ANSYS software, the U-shaped sheds with different structures were analyzed, and the influences of different arch angles and the bottom beam on the displacement, stress and strain of the U-shaped shed were studied. The optimal U-shed design was obtained. According to the results of simulation and optimization, the design of non-enclosed U-shaped shed with arch angle 30 ° has better strength and support effect. The closed U-shaped shed adopts the design of arch angle 15 ° to be more conducive to support, which can be deep or soft Rock Roadway U-shaped shed support to provide some theoretical guidance.
