Objective To investigate the compliance rate of HbA1c and its influencing factors in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 319 type 2 diabetic patients in Puhuangyu Community Health Service Center of Fengtai District of Beijing were enrolled in the study. HbA1c was measured and the compliance rate of HbA1c was calculated. According to the compliance criteria, 69 patients in the compliance group and 250 patients in the non-compliance group were enrolled in the analysis of glycosylated hemoglobin Compliance rate related factors. Results The Hb A1c compliance rate in 319 patients with type 2 diabetes was 21.63% (69/319). The body mass index, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) in the standard group were lower than those in the non-compliance group (P <0.05). The level of Hb A1c was positively correlated with body mass index, fasting blood glucose, TG and TC. Conclusions The rate of HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes is low, and its level is positively correlated with body mass index, fasting blood glucose, triglycerides and total cholesterol.
