在建设施工项目成本管理和控制的过程当中运用价值工程的理论有利于提高管理和控制工作的有效性。本文首先简单的分析价值工程的概念和原理,其次分析工程项目成本管理和控制的内涵以及在实际的工作当中应该坚持的原则,最后提出一些成本管理和控制的方法,希望可以为相关的从业人员提供一些参考和建议。
