目前双级真空挤出机已经普遍用于砖瓦行业,挤出来的砖具有密度高、机械强度大、含水率适中且均匀、表面质量好等特点,成为今后挤出机研究的主要方向。通过对流变学和流体力学的研究,建立了泥料的弹-黏塑性模型,研究其应力-应变-时间关系,构建了砖瓦泥料的本构方程,并对影响泥料流变特性的因素做了具体分析。通过对挤出机工作原理与机构特点的不断总结,得出了影响挤出效果的主要因素,并给出了可行的控制方案。
Currently two-stage vacuum extruder has been widely used in brick and tile industry, out of the brick with high density, high mechanical strength, moderate moisture content and uniform, good surface quality, as the future of the main direction of the extruder. Through the study of rheology and fluid mechanics, the elastic-viscoplastic model of mud was established, the stress-strain-time relationship was studied, and the constitutive equations of mud mud were established. Factors made a specific analysis. Through the continuous summary of the working principle and the characteristics of the extruder, the main factors affecting the extrusion effect are obtained, and the feasible control scheme is given.
