本工作由浙江省工业厅,浙江大学合作进行,设备由浙江农业机械厂制造。一前言自从农业社会主义改造进入高潮以来,在全国各地普遍出现了农业生产的高潮,在这一形势之下,农村中生产力落后于生产关系的现象也愈来愈明显了,要解决这一矛盾,必段从提高生产力以适应进步的生产关系,要提高生产力,就必须加速农业的机械化和电气化,同时为了满足农民的物质和文化生活的需要,也得解决农村电力的供应问题。
