目的:从色度学定量分析角度探讨3种进口光敏树脂与中国人天然牙冠色范围之吻合情况。方法:选取3种临床上常用之进口光敏树脂为实验材料,在标准背景下以分光光度计测定其色度值后,与天然牙冠色度范围进行比较,分析其色度分布差异。结果:3种中任何一种进口光敏树脂之色度分布范围均小于但位于天然牙冠色范围之中,即不能达到与天然牙色度范围的完全重合,并且在分布上各有特点。结论:进口树脂的色度学指标稍异于中国人天然牙冠色度学指标范围,且临床上单用任何一种树脂都无法满足修复对材料颜色的全部要求
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the coincidence of three kinds of imported photosensitive resin with Chinese natural tooth crown color range from the perspective of quantitative analysis of colorimetry. Methods: Three kinds of commonly used imported photosensitive resins were selected as the experimental materials. The chromaticity values were measured with a spectrophotometer under the standard background and compared with the natural dental crown chromaticity range to analyze the differences of the chromaticity distribution. Results: The range of chromaticity distribution of any one of the three kinds of imported photosensitive resin was less than that of natural tooth crown, which could not reach the full coincidence with the natural tooth color range and had its own distribution. Conclusion: The chromatographic index of imported resin is slightly different from that of Chinese natural tooth crown color index, and the clinical application of any kind of resin alone can not meet all the requirements for repairing the color of the material
