人才租赁是一种新型的用人机制。简要介绍了人才租赁的含义,分析了人才租赁用人机制在高校图书馆实施的必要性、可行性及在部分高校图书馆的应用现状和存在的问题,并就如何更好地在高校图书馆实施人才租赁用人机制提出了合理性建议。
Talent leasing is a new type of employment mechanism. This paper briefly introduces the meaning of talent leasing, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of using talent leasing mechanism in university library, and its application status and existing problems in some university libraries. And on how to better implement it in the university library Talent hire mechanism proposed reasonable suggestions.
