最近,有幸聆听了南京中医药大学经贸管理学院曾智教授的报告《现代学生工作“心”理念》后,感慨万千,原来在学生工作中一直困扰我的问题迎刃而解了,工作的思路也豁然开朗。确实,我们在长时间的做学生工作中,一味的告诉学生什么该做,什么不该做,告诉他们哪些是违法行为,而我们忽视了学生这个个体的特殊性,忽视了去探究学生为什么要这么做,忽视了如何站在学生的立场来思考一些问题。所以,在今后的工作中,我们应该多站在学生的立场,把握学生心理压力,辅导学生心灵成长。
