任××男53岁大连市人者患于1989年1月14日来我科就诊。发现左眼前有一圆形透明伴色素性囊状肿物晃动半年。半年前,阅读时无意中发现左眼前有一圆形物晃动,去某院眼科检查,诊断为老年性初发性白内障。经口服维生素C,滴白内障眼药水等治疗无效。半年来,囊肿物不见增大,时有时无,不影响视力。当仔细诊察时,可见囊壁很薄,光滑、圆形透明,表面可见细点、片状色素,囊内可见白色丝状物随眼
