Thomson Seedless is welcomed by growers for its high yield and good market prices, but it is not considered a good cultivar without GA_3 treatment. The application of GA_3 treatment can double the natural weight of 2 grams of grapes (more than 4 grams). Due to the unlimited use of GA_3, growers are often overused to obtain the desired large grapes. However, the use of GA_3 can cause serious dropouts in the harvesting, packaging and consumption phases. Although these effects are already known, it is difficult to find the exact concentration, the number of applications and the date of application. In this article, attempts to increase berry weight and reduce fruit drop are attempted to determine the appropriate concentration effect, number of uses and date of application. In addition, studies have also been conducted on the effects of some other growth regulators on berry weight, ripening and fruit drop.
