通过对现有研究文献的主题统计分析,发现国内外科学数据组织和管理的研究热点分布在科学数据的获取、共享、利用和评价4个方面。以这4个方面为主线对国内外科学数据的组织和管理研究进行梳理和分析,提出我国科学数据在政策保障机制、标准制定、数据服务等方面的发展建议。
Through the thematic statistical analysis of the existing research literature, it is found that the research hot spots in the organization and management of scientific data at home and abroad are distributed in the four aspects of obtaining, sharing, using and evaluating scientific data. With these four aspects as the main line, the research on the organization and management of scientific data at home and abroad is sorted out and analyzed. Proposals for the development of scientific data in terms of policy support mechanism, standard setting and data service are put forward.
