全面预算管理是加强企业内部控制、提高管理效率行之有效的方式,可以对黄金矿山企业管理活动及资金运动进行有效的规划、调整、控制,促进生产经营活动的协调。本文从分析全面预算对黄金矿山企业管理的作用出发,对黄金矿山企业全面预算执行及控制工作中的难点及存在的问题进行了分析,进而提出改进与完善的建议。
Overall budget management is an effective way to strengthen internal control and improve management efficiency. It can effectively plan, adjust and control the management activities and capital movements of gold mining enterprises and promote the coordination of production and operation activities. Based on the analysis of the effect of overall budget on the management of gold mining enterprises, this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems in the implementation and control of gold mining enterprises, and then puts forward suggestions for improvement and perfection.
