目的探讨血清AFU、ALP、GGT、CHE和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法对213例原发性肝癌、85例良性肝病和50例健康人血清中AFU、ALP、GGT、CHE和Hcy水平进行检测分析。结果原发性肝癌患者血清AFU、ALP、GGT、CHE和Hcy水平与良性肝病组及正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均较高。结论联合检测AFU、ALP、GGT、CHE和Hcy对原发性肝癌的诊断有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum AFU, ALP, GGT, CHE and homocysteine (Hcy) in primary liver cancer. Methods The serum levels of AFU, ALP, GGT, CHE and Hcy in 213 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, 85 cases of benign liver disease and 50 cases of healthy people were detected. Results The serum levels of AFU, ALP, GGT, CHE and Hcy in patients with primary liver cancer were significantly different from those in benign liver disease group and normal control group (P <0.05). The sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of combined detection were higher. Conclusion The combined detection of AFU, ALP, GGT, CHE and Hcy is of great value in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
