在“非典”时期,人们之间直接的交流和沟通受到很大的限制,因此迫切需要一种远程沟通、交流和办公的消息交流方式,来保持社会经济和生产的正常持续发 展。具备远程、多点、实时、互动等特性的多媒体视讯业务正是能满足用户这种需求的现代化高效通信业务。 通过视频会议,人们足不出户就可以在办公室或家庭与远地的同事或亲友进行面对面实时沟通。用户只需安装视讯终端就可以实现远程视频、语音、数据的实时互动通信,如果具备多点控制器(MCU)的话,还可以在多个地点同时召开会议。图1所示是中兴通讯公司推出的视频会议系统在企业中应用的一个典型方案,可为电信运营商、企业集团乃至个人提供全套的视讯业务。用户不仅可以根据自己的实际情况自由选择终端类型(包括适合会议室使用的、适合桌面电脑使用的、适合家庭个人使用的,等等),还可以根据自己的网络情况自由选择每个视讯终端的接入方式(包括E1、DDN、ISDN、LAN、ADSL,等等)。 图中的驻各地分支机构可以远程开会而无需出
In the period of SARS, direct communication and communication between people are greatly restricted. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a way of exchanging messages by means of remote communication, exchange and office so as to maintain the normal and sustainable development of social economy and production. With the remote, multi-point, real-time, interactive features such as multimedia video service is able to meet the needs of users of modern and efficient communications services. Through video conferencing, people can communicate in real time face-to-face with their colleagues or relatives in the office or home without leaving home. Users only need to install the video terminal to realize real-time interactive communication of remote video, voice and data. If there is a multi-point controller (MCU), users can hold conferences in multiple locations at the same time. Figure 1 shows a typical solution used by ZTE’s video conferencing systems in enterprises to provide a full suite of video services for telecom operators, enterprise groups and individuals.
