常言道:班主任是火车头。火车跑得快,全靠火车头。同样,一个班的班主任是学校中全面负责一个班学生的思想、学习、健康和生活等工作的教师,是一个班的组织者、领导者和教育者。班主任教育学生,必须把情感教育渗透在各种教育方法之中,才能收到良好的效果。教育学生的方法很多,对不同的学生、不同的环境,不同的时间可采取不同的教育方法,无论采用何种方法都要渗透真挚情感,才能收到较好的效果。
As the saying goes: class teacher is the locomotive. The train ran fast, all by the locomotive.
