漯河市机关事务管理局自2007年4月成立以来,坚持以科学发展观为统领,认真贯彻落实《公共机构节能条例》,按照“以节约促节能、以清洁促文明”的工作思路,扎实做好公共机构节能工作,取得了明显成效。2008年,全市公共机构用水量、用电量与2007年同期相比分别降低11.2%、12.3%。漯河市的公共机构节能工作,多次得到河南省政府领导同志的肯定性批示,并要求在全省特别是党政机关中推广漯河市的做法。2008年12月,河南省公共机构节能减排经验交流暨联络员工作会议在漯河召开,我市在会上作了典型发言。在2009年度全省公共机构节能减排工作会议上,我市被评为“2008年度河南省公共机构节能工作优秀单位”。我们的主要做法:
