据国际钢铁研究所于1月18日在布鲁塞尔总部公布的数字,世界粗钢总产量1988年达7.8亿吨,比1987年的7.359亿吨增加5％,其中西方国家的粗钢产量为4.876亿吨,比1987年增加8.8％。美国的粗钢产量为9080万吨(增加12.20％)、欧洲共同体12国的产量达1.375亿吨(增加6.6％)、日本的产量为1.057亿吨(增加7.3％)。 1988年世界10大产钢国(地区)按产量为序是:苏联、日本、美国、中国、西德、巴西、意大利、南朝鲜、英国和法国。
According to figures released by the Institute of International Iron and Steel Institute in Brussels on January 18, the world crude steel output reached 780 million tons in 1988, an increase of 5% over 735.9 million tons in 1987, of which crude steel output in western countries was 487.6 million Ton, an increase of 8.8% over 1987. Crude steel production in the United States was 90.8 million tons (up 12.20%), with 137.5 million tons (up 6.6%) in the 12 countries of the European Community and 107.5 million tons (up 7.3%) in Japan. The world’s top 10 steel producing countries (regions) in 1988 were in order of output: the Soviet Union, Japan, the United States, China, West Germany, Brazil, Italy, South Korea, the United Kingdom and France.
