用有限元法对共轭切深孔中轧件的变形进行了计算机模拟,模拟计算结果误差小于1%。根据模拟结果,坯高/成品边高为2的坯料,使用一对共轭切深孔,翻钢后再用一对共轭箱形孔,可轧制出11#矿工钢,无需重复试轧。
The finite element method was used to simulate the deformation of the rolled workpiece in the conjugate cut deep hole. The error of simulation results was less than 1%. According to the simulation results, a blank with a height of 2 and a height of 2 is finished, a pair of conjugate cut deep holes are used, and then a pair of conjugate box-shaped holes are used to roll out 11 # miner steel without repeated trial rolling .
