目的探讨在新时期中如何更好的进行医院人事档案管理工作。方法对当前医院人事档案管理工作中出现的问题进行分析,并针对这些问题分析出更好进行医院人事档案管理工作的方法。结果在新时期医院人事档案管理工作中,最为常见的问题为专业人员较少、专业素质不高、事业心不强、思想觉悟低和管理方式较为落后。结论负针对新时期医院人事档案管理工作中出现的专业人员较少、专业素质不高、事业心不强、思想觉悟低和管理方式较为落后问题,对其实施针对性的解决后能够明显改善新时期医院人事档案管理工作的效果。
