为了更好地适应新形势的需要,在省委讲师团内部建立起一个激励机制完善,各类人员能上能下、公平竞争、优胜劣汰、合理组合,职、责、权、利相一致的运行机制,调动起全团工作人员的积极性,提高工作效率,经省委宣传部批准,省委讲师团于今年四月实行中层干部岗位聘任制。
