当前区域经济蓬勃发展的形势下,建设一支能够适应高等职业教育,以就业为导向、以实践为前提、强调技能及实践教学的“双师型”师资队伍很有必要。以江西中医药高等专科学校为例,就地方高职院校“双师型”教师队伍的建设展开研究,为促进地方高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供实践依据及建设性意见。
Under the current situation of thriving regional economy, it is necessary to build a contingent of “double-qualified teachers” capable of adapting to higher vocational education, taking employment as a guide and practicing as a precondition, and emphasizing skills and practical teaching.
