普通高中学生综合素质评价是教师、学生、家长作为评价主体依据评价指标和标准,运用恰当的评价方法,对普通高中学生在思想道德、学业成就、合作与交流、运动与健康、审美与表现、综合实践活动、个性发展等方面的实际表现,进行价值判断的过程。综合素质评价是对高中阶段学生进行的全员、全方位、全程评价,目的是促进学生全面而有个性的发展。自2007年9月,北京进入高中课改以来,各校一直探索实施普通高中学生综合素质评价的方案。以东城区各校实施综合素质评价的情况为例,调查发现东城区普通高中学校学生综合素质评价基本上能按时按量完成,但仍存在一些问题:(1)学校部门职责不清,作为高中课程改革的重要组成部分,学生综合素质评价涉及教学、教
