中国计算机行业协会会长张琪女士指出:电子商务是信息时代社会生产与社会消费之间发生的一次革命,以往买卖双方间商业活动中的物流、资金流和信息流将在信息网络中被重新整合,并以电子商务的崭新形式出现。电子商务的真正潜力在于:能够更好、更高效、更经济便捷地在网上完成真实世界中销售者与购买者之间的交易活动的全部内容。因此可以说,电子商务的主要目的就是实现电子交易。
