商品经济大潮促进了我国生产力的发展,这是一个有目共睹的客观事实。在这一大潮中,有些人被金钱冲昏了头脑,走上了拜金主义的邪路。但中国11亿人的共同理想决不是拜金主义,而是由来已久的社会主义、爱国主义、集体主义和革命英雄主义。这个道理在少数人的头脑里可能是模糊的,在广大人民群众的心中却是实实在在的现实生活的本质。当前,反映这种生活本质的文艺作品越来越少,人们对此是有意见的。
The tide of commodity economy has promoted the development of the productive forces in our country. This is an obvious fact for all to see. During this tide, some people were dazed by money and embarked on the evil path of money worship. However, the common ideal of China’s 1.1 billion people is by no means a money-worshiping one, but a long-standing one in socialism, patriotism, collectivism and revolutionary heroism. This truth may be vague in the minds of a few people, but it is the real essence of real life in the hearts of the broad masses of the people. At present, there are fewer and fewer literary and artistic works that reflect the essence of this life and people have opinions about it.
